Michael Rivers is the CEO of Silver Hawk Technologies Ltd., a Canadian based lease accounting software company that specializes in providing lease accounting software and services.

Their solutions help businesses comply with accounting standards, such as the new ASC 842 and IFRS 16. Silver Hawk software automates the data collection, calculations, and reporting of leased assets, simplifying for businesses lease portfolio management, financial reporting and ensuring compliance with U.S. and IFRS accounting regulations.

This was a very unique case that’s not like a normal visa petition. Mr. Greg Kautz is a citizen of Canada, and he traveled to the U.S. through an ESTA on June 9, 2024, for After Sales Services for his U.S.-based clients.
