Rob Garibay

Every great team needs a coach and Rob Garibay is Velie Law Firm’s. Rob has been coaching VLF since 2008 and has assisted the firm in expanding into a world-wide presence with mulitple offices and alliances.

Rob is a business owner and business coach with ActionCOACH. His professional career spans building businesses in manufacturing, R&D, distribution, retail, and IT. With an engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University, Rob grew a capital intensive aerospace & automotive technology company as co-founder and board member from start-up to over $12 M in annual sales with 90 employees in 8 years. His demonstrated success in writing business plans helped two companies acquire outside investment capital, providing multiple job opportunities for the surrounding community. Rob is a visionary leader and team builder. He also served as president of a Danish corporation’s US manufacturing division, producing 17% annual growth, and has authored numerous technical papers published in various international journals.

Rob, has been a guest lecturer at the OU Price College of Business, and a weekly contributor to The Norman Transcript Sunday Business section. Rob is passionate about helping business owners succeed and become successful leaders in all types of organizations.
