Qualifying for a B-1/B-2 Visa
An international citizen with permanent residence in another country may obtain a B-1/B-2 visa to enter the United States for a specified period of time to conduct limited business activities. The petitioner must prove that he/she intends to leave the United States after their stay and that he/she has sufficient financial means to support themselves while in the US. The petitioner must be entering the US for permissible business activities.
