Business Visas

The E-2 visa is for those who are from a treaty country and intend to substantially invest in a U.S. business or are an employee of an investing enterprise. An E-2 candidate must show his/her presence is necessary to direct and develop the operations of the business; or, if the candidate is an owner of the business, he/she must own at least a 50 percent majority of the enterprise.
